I found this course useful to me on both a personal and professional level. I can utilise the information and knowledge acquired from this training to support both myself and clients. The course contained experiential learning along with cognitive and written engagement which covers all learning styles. This enabled me to keep focused and interested whilst throughout being able to apply what I was learning to self for a more integrated way of learning. Step by step way of how to create new pathways within the brain to change behaviour.

I am so glad I did because I learned a lot about my auto-pilot behaviour. It is such a simple method, yet highly effective for getting 'unstuck'.
